Join Winni and Emely at a yoga retreat on Møn! From Friday to Sunday we immerse ourselves in yoga. We take a break from everyday life and get the opportunity for a wonderful and fresh start to the new year and all the wonderful things that are.


The weekend should be spent on presence and enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful Danish nature, we enjoy the tranquility and the present. During the weekend we will go on a journey through body and soul. In addition to practicing yoga together every day, you will get acquainted with nasal rinsing, kirtan, sauna, winter bathing for the fresh yoga Vikings and a silent walk.  


The retreat takes place at an authentic Anahata yoga center located in Stege / Møn. The center is located close to both forest and sea - so the perfect setting is created for a weekend in immersion.


Only a healthy organic, vegan diet is served all weekend.  


It is possible to participate in the weekend regardless of your previous experience with yoga and all activities are optional. The yoga lessons are guided and based on hatha yoga, but you will also become acquainted with elements from both vinyasa and yin. Come as you are <3

7.30- 9:00 - Nasal rinsing & morning yoga

9: 00-10: 00 - Breakfast

11: 00-12: 00 - Silent Walk and Leisure 

12: 30-13: 30 Breakfast

14: 00-16: 00 - Winter swimming and / or sauna

16: 30-18: 00 Yoga

18: 00-19: 00 Dinner

19: 30-21: 30 Kirtan


8.00 - 9:30 - Nasal rinsing & morning yoga

9: 30-10: 30 - Breakfast

10:30 - 11:15 - Walk in nature

11: 15-12: 00 - See you again and thank you for this time!
